I was driving on the freeway and was between two cars. The car on my right was trying to merge into me. I immediately was breaking while trying to control steering. I attempted to honk three times and my honk horn would not work. In a case of an emergency, that is absolutely unacceptable a car like this should be able to honk

Weather was dry. Time was 5:30 PM - still sunlit. Driving down the interstate, 70 MPH in the middle lane of a three lane highway. Super Cruise is active, no cars in front of me within 500+ feet. I MAY recall a partially blown tire in the lane to my left. All of a sudden, car brakes and slows abruptly to about to about 40MPH.
