A dated snapshot of the current model year's NHTSA recall record: how it grades, what was filed, who filed it, and what is under an advisory. The current quarter updates nightly; when a quarter closes its report freezes and its URL keeps saying what it said. Each one ships its data as JSON and CSV with a citation line.
