The bulletin for the car on your lift, and the paper for the customer.

Every service bulletin, warranty extension and recall NHTSA publishes, searchable by symptom, model or number, free and without a login. When the fix is a recall, the fix sheet says which dealer does it, what parts and how many hours. When a coverage program pays for it, the Repair Claim Kit writes the customer’s letter.

Questions shops ask

Is the bulletin search really free?

Yes. Every bulletin, recall, complaint and fix sheet on whichtrim.com is free to read, without an account. The kit and the plan are the only things for sale.

What is in a Repair Claim Kit?

For one model year and one problem: the manufacturer’s bulletins and any warranty extension on it, by number; the recalls; what other owners reported; the owner’s NHTSA complaint, written; a dated letter to the dealer; a repair log. Printable, or saved as a PDF.

Does it replace ALLDATA or Mitchell?

No. It has no wiring diagrams or step-by-step procedures; those stay with your repair-information subscription. It is the federal record on the problem, organised, and the paperwork for the customer.

How do I pay?

Stripe, by card. The plan is billed monthly and cancelled from the plan’s own page; Stripe emails an invoice PDF each month.
