Repair any issues found. Reconnect the plug and perform a push pull push to ensure the connector is fully installed. Then perform 3 keys cycles and listen to hear if the fuel pump is operational. If the fuel pump is heard that indicates that everything is operating correctly. If the pump is heard replacement is not necessary, any replacement will function in the same way.

I was driving my 2025 jeep gladiator, on several occasions I tried to stop and my jeep didn't want to stop, the jeep wanted to keep accelerating (i was not using cruise control) . I stepped on the brake and it felt "squishy" but did stop the vehicle (it only feels this way when the uncontrolled acceleration is happening).

Car gave message stating only 30 miles (or maybe 40?) before empty, but then went empty in only approximately 5 miles. Message before it completely died stated to pull over but car died before that point. After putting in about 1/2 gallon, car took repeated (7 or 8) start attempts before gas got to injectors to start.
