I purchased this car early this year and have had continued electrical and engine problems. I had taken this car to the dealership in a matter of 3 times in one month for the same issue. This car has engine malfunction, resulting laced engine gaskets as well as exhaust system malfunction.
am filing this complaint regarding a serious safety incident involving my leased 2025 INFINITI QX60 and INFINITI’s response to the incident. While the vehicle was parked, the second-row seat was being manually operated when a child’s foot became trapped within the seat mechanism.
1. Transmission 2. My safety was put at risk on my 3rd incident when I was making left turn and almost was rear-ended because my vehicle went from Drive mode to Neutral mode. It was scary moment. 3. Reached out to the dealer once the 2nd incident happened. Service Advisor was not aware of any issues as of now (9/25/2026). 4.
On August 8, 2026 at around 10:18am, while driving at a speed of approximately 40mph, my sunroof spontaneously exploded outwards without any external impact. The tempered glass suffered a sudden structural failure and burst outward while driving, without any external rock strike or road debris collision.
While uninstalling a Chicco Fit360 ClearTex rotating convertible car seat, we discovered that the load-bearing webbing connecting the car seat base to a lower-anchor connector had completely separated. The car seat had not been involved in any crash or impact, and nothing struck or contacted the seat during removal.
The vehicle exhibits active optical manufacturing defects causing continuous visual distortion across the front windshield. The distortion warps horizontal and vertical straight lines while driving.
