Two things the counts carry that are not the car: how many of each year were sold, and how long each has been on the road — an older year out-counts a newer one before anything is wrong with it. The share column is the honest comparison across years: what part of that year’s complaints named the electrical system. Nothing here is a rate.

Child locks constantly click, car can be on or off. Dash displays child lock failure
The child safety lock system is failing. The issue started intermittently and is now regularly occurring. With the child safety lock button on the driver’s door (near the window switches) engaged, an audible cycling of the door locks occurs. After about 12 cycles, the locks stop cycling and an error message appears on the dash.
n November 2022 my Hyundai Palisade was recalled because of the tow hitch being a fire hazard. I took my car in thinking that it was fixed. I didn't tow anything until March 2023 and when I went to hook up the u-haul I had rented it was not working. There was no power coming from tow hitch to make the break lights work on the u-haul.
There is a recall for the trailer hitch that has no solution. Hyundai just pulled the fuse and you can not pull a trailer which is why I purchased the SUV
My 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy which I bought in July 2023 failed to start in May 2024 inside my house garage. It had an error message of "Check ESC" where ESC stands for electronic stability control. After trying a couple of more times to start it, it completely died.
