Two things the counts carry that are not the car: how many of each year were sold, and how long each has been on the road — an older year out-counts a newer one before anything is wrong with it. The share column is the honest comparison across years: what part of that year’s complaints named the steering. Nothing here is a rate.

In owners’ own words

The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. While attempting to reverse the vehicle, the steering wheel needed extra strength to steer and the engine and power steering assist indicators illuminated. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 19v348000 (electrical system). The vehicle was not repaired.
For the past month or so when the vehicle is going in curves the steering wheel is sticking. It's almost like there is no power steering. I feel like I could wreck my vehicle because it is very hard to control due to the steering. This is occurring when the van is in motion, accelerating, when I try to turn the wheel back straight
Fiat/chrysler will not give me a time frame as to when recall v15 (right ball joint issue). I have called several dealerships and Chrysler corporate and they cannot give me any more information other than "we will let you know". There is no time frame whatsoever.
Two occurrences of complete loss of power steering assist during one day. First occurrence was while driving at approximately 25mph in a residential area. Vehicle was driven into parking lot and parked. The next occurrence was during the next drive cycle and occurred immediately after the vehicle was started and placed into reverse.
Power steering is sticking. This requires me to use additional force and thereby resulting in over correction. This has caused unintentional swerving into the adjacent lane nearly hitting other vehicles. Seems to be intermittent, but this has happened on numerous occasions.
