I own a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe (VIN: ) that has experienced multiple hybrid system failures since the week of purchase. Despite several major repairs, the issues persist — raising significant safety and reliability concerns.
After a UConnect OTA software update was received in Feb of 2025, the radio frequently crashes and reboots shortly after starting the car. Frequently this will result in the backup camera image being frozen for up to 30 seconds before the radio reboots.
