The contact owns a 2020 Land Rover Range rover 3.0. The contact stated while driving on the highway heard loud bang, no warning lights illuminated, continued to drive. white grayish Smoke coming from underneath the vehicle and a burning oil smell. There was also a lot of oil spots visible underneath the vehicle. Pulled off the road.

2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport, HSE - 81,000 miles - broken timing chain, engine damage. The vehicle was stopped at a light when it completely shut down, would not restart, would not advance, and would not go into neutral to be pushed off to the side of the road. This occurred on my way to work during the morning rush hour.
