What it saysCUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION NORTH AMERICA Purge Valve Hose SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION The purge valve hose on about 15,000 of the above vehicles may become disconnected from the intake manifold or the purge solenoid. NHTSA’s full summary ↓

Stellantis filed this with NHTSA as a service campaign dated Jun 27, 2026, received Jul 2, 2026, about the fuel/propulsion system — 1 document under this number: 90 Combo Rev2. It names 6 model years across Jeep and Ram (2025–2026). A service campaign is not a safety recall — there is no NHTSA campaign number and no federal requirement — but it is usually work the manufacturer pays for on the vehicles it names; the dealer checks the VIN against the manufacturer’s list.

What the document itself lists

Part the bulletin names

Part numberDescriptionQty

Read by machine from the document NHTSA serves (7 pages), read Sep 30, 2026. A part number is shown only where it matches Stellantis’s own catalogue shape, an operation only with its code and time, and a description only where the reader got it whole; anything it could not settle is left out, and the PDF is the record. Times are the manufacturer’s warranty allowances, not a quote.

The summary is NHTSA’s abstract of the document, as filed under 49 CFR 579.5. One communication is usually filed as several documents — the bulletin, a dealer notice, an owner letter — and the number on any of them finds this page. A PDF link is shown only once NHTSA’s own server has been seen to serve that document; the rest are checked over the following nights. Quote the number at a service desk; it is what the dealer’s system is keyed on.

What owners reported

Source: NHTSA complaint database

Owners of the 6 model years this bulletin names have filed 546 complaints with NHTSA since 2015. 6 of them name Fuel/Propulsion System — the same broad component group this bulletin is filed under. NHTSA groups complaints coarsely, so that means the same area of the vehicle, not necessarily the same fault.

Car has stalled out on road multiple times. In shop one day for software update. In shop two days for fuel pump replacement. Has been in shop 13 days and counting with no diagnoses currently. First stall out occurred at 55 mph

2025 Jeep Wagoneer · Fuel/Propulsion System · filed with NHTSA Sep 1, 2026 · ODI 11761323

A complaint is one owner’s account, not a defect finding, and a bulletin is not a recall. Nothing here says this bulletin was issued because of these complaints, or that the repair it describes fixed them. Complaint files on this site begin in 2015.

Common questions

Source: NHTSA, 49 CFR 579.5

Is Stellantis 113157 a recall?

No. A service campaign is a manufacturer communication filed with NHTSA under 49 CFR 579.5; a safety recall carries an NHTSA campaign number (two digits, a letter, six digits) and a federal duty to repair for free. Check the vehicle’s recalls by VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls, or on its page here.

Is the 113157 repair free?

A service campaign is usually paid by the manufacturer on the vehicles it names, within the terms and time limit the document sets; the dealer checks the VIN against the manufacturer’s list.

Which vehicles does 113157 cover?

The manufacturer filed it against 6 model years across 2 brands (Jeep and Ram): 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2026 Jeep Wagoneer, 2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2026 Ram 1500, 2025 Ram 1500. Whether one particular vehicle is affected is a matter of its VIN and its build, not its model year alone.
