The issue started with the automatic tailgate deploying or opening during transit. I was hauling cargo and the at highway speed the tailgate opened and the load ejected from the the bed of truck onto the highway. Fortunately there was no accident or damage to anyone else property.

While driving my 2019 Ford F-250 super-duty on the highway at night I was traveling approximately 70 MPH when suddenly the touch screen radio display brightness intensified so bright that it appeared as if a headlight was inside the car.

I contacted customer service and was advised that I have to install an additional battery. At the time of purchase, the plow package option was included in the price.
