It serves only as a diagnostic resource in troubleshooting water leak complaints from the roof area. This bulletin does not include all potential areas of water entry from the sunroof. Additional diagnosis may be required for vehicles which are not affected by the scenarios outlined below. The following situations are known to be potential causes for water entry into the vehicle from the sunroof area: Incorrect adjustment of sunroof glass panels Damage to the sunroof "perimeter seal" mounted to the roof Misplaced or damaged support foam for the center drip tray Damaged side seals of the rear sunroof glass panel Improperly installed clogged or kinked panoramic sunroof drain.

The wipers over shoot hitting the pilar. I have switched my wipers three times in one year; I thought the wipers where of poor quality but everyone in the forums complains that the wipers jump certain sections in the windshield and then overshoot hitting the pilar. It?s incredibly difficult to drive in the rain due to this problem.

I was driving and had just entered into hwy. I was traveling approx 45-50mph. There were no other vehicles around, when I suddenly began hearing a popping or clicking sound, followed by what sounded like an explosion. I could hear glass shattering above my head, but was protected from injury because the sunroof shade was closed.

While driving under normal conditions with no external impact, debris, rock strike, or other identifiable cause, the panoramic moonroof shattered explosively (with a loud report resembling a gunshot). Glass fragments dispersed across the roof area, and portions of the panel collapsed inward into the interior mesh roof cover.
