BMW car states suddenly loss of power and entering turtle mode. Then car suddenly stops or loses speed while driving. Battery potential appears to degrade and starts with inability to deceleration. Very dangerous conditions for driving. The car will lose battery potential and then shutdown reduce speed suddenly and/or completely stop.
