There is a recall on my 2020 Acura MDX and I have been going to the local Acura dealer to get the part for the last 6 months and every time I go they tell me they are still waiting for the part. Periodically, the vehicle lurches while I am driving causing a major back and forth tugging and jerking. This is very unsafe.

This car has just 10,000 miles. When the car started it suddenly over accelerated over 5800 RPM and the engine had to be turned off. Every time the engine was started the motor over running above the 5800rpm. The car was towed to the Acura repair shop. The acura's mechanic do not find anything wrong.

NHTSA RECALL NUMBER:19V-060 appears to be EXACTLY what is going on with my vehicle. I was broke down on the side of the road with warning lights on my dashboard. After having it towed to my mechanic they were able to identify the issue is related to the fuel pump.
