The contact stated that while driving 5 MPH, two bystanders alerted the contact to stop the vehicle because there was pressurized gas coming from underneath the vehicle. The contact became aware of a loss of power. The contact was able to continue driving the vehicle.
Active Technical Service Bulletin that was not disclosed by Toyota or my dealer. The brakes make a piercing metal on metal noise when placed in reverse. I've been told this is not a safety issue, there will be no longer term impacts, and it is safe to drive.
