Filed with NHTSA by the people who own these cars, about the suspension. Quoted as written, with anything identifying removed; unverified reports — what was said, not a finding that it was true.

Rear shock absorbers are not functioning properly after 70,000 miles. I have had no success after no less than 10 attempts to purchase replacements from dealers and online Hyundai parts suppliers. Hyundai is aware of the defective shock absorber issue but has not corrected the replacement issue

2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited rear and front shock towers and/or stabilizer links rattle and are not stable at low speeds, and probably at high speeds also but for traffic noise. Causing instability when navigating in traffic and under road conditions
Suspension Aug 30, 2023 NHTSA owner report
The self-leveling rear suspension on this vehicle has failed twice at approximately every 20,000 miles. I do not tow anything or haul heavy loads. It is a family transport vehicle that is primarily operated on smooth, flat paved roads in a suburban environment.

Common questions

Source: NHTSA complaint database, recalls and manufacturer communications

Are suspension problems common on the 2020 Hyundai Palisade?

They are documented: NHTSA holds 61 owner complaints naming the suspension on this model year (11% of everything owners filed about it), and 12 manufacturer bulletins are filed under the same heading. Whether it is a problem on one particular car is a diagnosis, not a count, and a count says nothing about how many were sold.

Is there a recall for the suspension on the 2020 Hyundai Palisade?

No recall campaign is filed under this heading for this model year (there are 5 filed under other headings). A bulletin is not a recall: it carries no federal duty to repair for free.

When do suspension problems show up on the 2020 Hyundai Palisade?

Too few of the complaints carry an odometer reading to say. The model year's page shows the mileage curve across every system where it can.

What does NHTSA's "Suspension" heading cover?

Springs, dampers, control arms and their bushings and joints. Owners choose the heading when they file, so it says which area of the vehicle the complaint is about, not which part failed.
