Backup camera not working since march six months of calling the dealer they say its on back order. Hines park Ford will not service the recall on the transmission. Got hung up on twice. Varsity Ford same problem camera on backorder will not service recall

Faulty backup and forward camera at inconsistent intervals. Camera will become very dark and view is distorted making it impossible to see where you are going from camera view. Truck was bought new in january 2020 and started having camera problems late this summer. With covid-19 not driving as much as before april.

The rear window defroster came on for the first time in cold weather and within 10 minutes, the rear windshield shattered while in motion on a city street. My kids were in the back seat. Ford is not offering to cover the damage under the warranty or even investigate the issue. The truck has 2100 miles on it

Backup camera goes in/out. It will display a distorted screen and/or go black then display malfunction has occurred and to contact dealer. This has been happening since july 2020 and getting worse. This is a major safety concern
