The contact owns a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 75 MPH down a winding mountain road, the message “Pull Over Immediately - Vehicle will Shut down Soon” was displayed. The contact pulled over and was able to restart the vehicle. The contact stated that the message was displayed three times.

Van engine failed during driving. This is a known issue by Chrysler and they will not repair the underlying problem - this is related to a prior recall. Instead, it only suggested replacing the battery which is a temporary fix. Separately, this van has a pending recall due to a fire risk.

On around 12:00 PM, while traveling northbound in the HOV lane at 70 MPH on near , with two small children in the passenger row and two adults in the front, the following error suddenly appeared on the dashboard: "Stop Safely -- Vehicle Will Shut Off Soon." Power to the engine stopped as a result and the car coasted.

Very LOUD metallic clanking noise while driving 40-50 mph coming from front left wheel. When I inspected it, I saw that the front left wheel bearing hub mounting bolt had backed out of the hub and steering knuckle and onto the CV shaft end, which is what caused the clanking. I have photos of this damage.
