I was driving on the highway traveling approximately 65- 70 miles an hour when my TAOS began losing speed. I attempted to accelerate when I realized my speed had dropped to 56mph. I was unable to accelerate and a message popped on my dashboard showing about maximum RPM cannot exceed 4000.
After a complete stop, acceleration is jerky. In that there is a 2-4 second delay than a burst of acceleration that causes the car to shoot forward. The car ran perfectly fine when we first bought it, since then a computer update was performed about 6 months ago.
