Two things the counts carry that are not the car: how many of each year were sold, and how long each has been on the road — an older year out-counts a newer one before anything is wrong with it. The share column is the honest comparison across years: what part of that year’s complaints named the fuel system. Nothing here is a rate.

Hello, I called my dealership and asked them about my fuel sensor, check engine light has been on. Sometimes when I fill up my tank it goes away. That being said. I have searched the I gerber to find out it is a common problem with our Ram trucks. Deslership will not cover now the power train warranty. This should be a recall.
The contact owns a 2016 Ram 1500. While driving 45 MPH, the fuel gauge went from full to empty. In addition, the check engine warning indicator illuminated and all the electrical features shut down.
When fueling the vehicle the pump handle will stick inside the tank. Also when filling up with gas the pump stops as if the vehicle is saying it is full. You have to continue squeezing the handle for gas to come out. The vehicle is off and in a stationary position while filling the tank.
The contact owns a 2018 Ram 1500. The contact stated that he could not add fuel to the fuel tank at several different fueling stations. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 7,000
Fuel sensor fail, once fuel gets to just below half a tank, the fuel sensor fails amd gas guage drops to empty, check engine light comes on, also the eco sustem will fail for fuel savings. I fear the truck will shut off while driving because it will think it has no fuel. I have researched multiple complaints on this issue on line.
