Counts are owner reports to NHTSA, not verified defects, and scale with how many of these were sold; nothing here is a rate. NHTSA groups complaints coarsely, so “Visibility/Wiper” means the same area of the vehicle, not one fault.

The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the sunroof exploded without impact. There was an abnormal popping sound detected before the failure. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was determined that the sunroof needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
There was no incident, just routine occurrences of the following that could lead to one: 1) the wipers do not clear the upper right (passenger) side of the windshield, creating a blind spot, which is especially dangerous when turning. Photo attached, though note this is a mild instance and visibility can be much worse.
Rear window shattered without previous damage or impact of any object. Vehicle was parked in the middle of a garage, temperature was 32F and driver was present during event. Heard loud noise followed by rear glass shattering and fragments flying all the way to back seat passengers.
The rear window of the vehicle exploded with no impact. After backing out of my driveway I was pulling forward down the street and my rear window exploded. There was a pop and crackle sound. There was no evidence on the vehicle that something struck the window nor was there anything seen in the cameras around my home.
Rear window shield busted randomly in cold. Car was parked and when I returned to parked car the rear window was shattered

Common questions
Source: NHTSA complaint database, recalls and manufacturer communicationsAre visibility and wiper problems common on the 2023 Nissan Rogue?
They are documented: NHTSA holds 60 owner complaints naming the wipers, glass and mirrors on this model year (8% of everything owners filed about it), and 9 manufacturer bulletins are filed under the same heading. Whether it is a problem on one particular car is a diagnosis, not a count, and a count says nothing about how many were sold.
Is there a recall for the wipers, glass and mirrors on the 2023 Nissan Rogue?
No recall campaign is filed under this heading for this model year (there are 6 filed under other headings). A bulletin is not a recall: it carries no federal duty to repair for free.
When do visibility and wiper problems show up on the 2023 Nissan Rogue?
Too few of the complaints carry an odometer reading to say. The model year's page shows the mileage curve across every system where it can.
What does NHTSA's "Visibility/Wiper" heading cover?
Windshields, wipers, washers, mirrors and defrosters. Owners choose the heading when they file, so it says which area of the vehicle the complaint is about, not which part failed.
