The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the contact noticed that the windshield wipers and the heater unintendedly engaged. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated.
The vehicle gave a Service Hybrid Electric System error and disabled the engine at approximately 60 mph when traveling in E-Save mode, with <1% battery, and half a tank of gasoline. After navigating the vehicle to the side of the road, it came to a hard stop at about 5-8 mph.
Driving down the road and ALL the warning lights came on at the same time. They were flashing across the dash one at a time. We got a sway bar warning, an airbag warning, check engine light came on and then all of the sudden we lost power steering. It took all my husband's strength to control the vehicle when the power steering went out.
It's over heating while drive at has 12000 miles on it and getting over 250 degrees derating and dash lights came on flashing red saying over heating to hot air shut off going 60 miles an hour. Had to pull off road because it had no gas pedal with cars behind me almost getting hit
