On 7/16/2020 my 2017 Ford Edge experienced a loss of brakes while driving. The vehicle was was approaching a busy intersection when the failure occurred. The brake pedal went to the floor and the emergency brake had to be used to avoid a collision.
On 02/20/2020 while driving the vehicle on a city street and approaching a stop light the brake pedal went to the floor and was difficult to stop. Shortly after a indicator light showed that my brake fluid level was low. The vehicle was limped home and parked in driveway.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving at approximately 35 MPH the brake pedal was depressed traveling to the floor board failing to stop the vehicle, as a result rear ending the vehicle in front causing it to collide with another vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated.
Was driving home from work when I realized my brake had decompressed and went all the way to the floorboard. Got home and my husband noticed I had brake fluid all over underneath my vehicle.
