The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH and depressing the accelerator pedal, the engine revved up however, the vehicle failed to respond. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated.

The contact took the vehicle to mclarty daniel Ford lincoln (2609 s walton blvd, bentonville, ar 72712) where he was informed that the torque converter was defective and that the engine also needed to be replaced.
