HVAC vent electric motors inside the dashboard are creating cracking sounds when operating. I’m worried it may not be safe. The manufacturer hasn’t addressed the problem after being notified twice already
On December 22nd, my car lost power while I was standing at an intersection. I was able to cross the intersection at no more than five miles per hour and get into a parking lot. My car was towed away. I received the car back on January 18th. To this day, the company won't release the information of what happened and what was fixed.
I had a complete loss of power the car abruptly stopped in the middle of the fast lane on the freeway 680 in the San Francisco Bay area. Very dangerous situation highway patrol came had to stop the highway. I was able to get the car rolled to the shoulder and then I had to have it towed to my house.
Since delivery basic safety systems are not working such as emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, the key fob doesn’t open the car, the phone app doesn’t work, the front camera is not working and adas is offline, the car doesn’t start, the left rear passenger light always turns on, and the list goes on.
Vehicle does not unlock and lock as expected. Vehicle frequently requires multiple unlock attempts to unlock the vehicle. Proximity unlock, an advertised feature, is not available. Occasionally vehicle will become unresponsive and not unlock for an extended duration.

The instrument panel displays the incorrect font size of the Brake, Park, and Antilock Brake System (ABS) warning lights, and displays certain warning lights in amber instead of red. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 135, "Light Vehicle Brake Systems" and 101, "Controls and Displays." Additionally, multiple warning lights fail to illuminate during the ignition cycle bulb check, failing to comply with the requirements of FMVSS 138 and 208.
