Engineering is aware of this condition and is investigating a service solution that will enhance the performance of the cup holder slider. This solution is expected to be available by the end of Q1 2027. If the customer is not willing to wait for the enhanced service solution, replacement of the second row floor console cup holder assembly is acceptable. Note that the replacement of the cup holder assembly will have similar performance attributes for the slider as the original cup holder assembly that is being replaced. Should the customer choose to wait for the enhanced service solution, schedule an appointment with the customer when the repair is made available in Q1 2027. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for updates.
