Engine problem loss of power intermittently no reverse. They replaced clutch parts seals, piston, rings, plates, and plates. Had Vehicle for about 22 days. Driving home after repairs completed. Cluster display- instrument panel went out. Called Dealer and Cadillac assistance. Says there nothing they can do until Cadillac releases a fix.

Same as in the other two complaints. At one year and approximately 5000 miles I personally did the first oil change. Car was approximately 3 quarts low on oil after draining the oil for the oil change. Filled up to manufacturers recommendation. Two months later and approximately 1000 miles on the car, the car was 1 quart low.

The contact owns a 2024 Cadillac CT4. The contact stated that while attempting to park the vehicle, there was an abnormal engine oil burning odor around the exterior of the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed with a camshaft carrier reseal leak.
