The air ducts may not be properly connected, this allows heated air to leak out in this area. The foam material that seals between the ducts may be out of position, not held by the mounting adhesive and squashed allowing for an air leak.

While driving under normal conditions with no external impact, debris, rock strike, or other identifiable cause, the panoramic moonroof shattered explosively (with a loud report resembling a gunshot). Glass fragments dispersed across the roof area, and portions of the panel collapsed inward into the interior mesh roof cover.

The Soft Close feature of the car continues to close even if there is a hand or finger in its way, I crushed by thumb while getting out of the car. I am concerned about the safety of the feature especially if there are young kids in the car, the injury could have been much more serious

I have noticed that the engine light on my BMW X7 keeps turning on after long rides but then disappears after some time. Upon inspection, I was informed that the issue is related to the active grille shutter, which is located in the front part of the body.
