Traveling about 40 MPH on a two lane local road when the emergency braking activated on its on for about 3 seconds along with a loud pulsating feeling and noise

The vehicle was taken to the local dealer bay town Nissan located at 5755 I-10 east, baytown, tx 77521 however, the mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the failure.
Car driving along normally when suddenly automatic emergency brake applied itself..this happened 3 times in first month of ownership..first approaching bridge..2nd on residential road and third when backing out of driveway. At no time during these stoppages was a vehicle or other obstacle close by..
I was driving about 55 MPH no vehicles in front or behind me when my screen flashed with a warning while simultaneously slamming on the brakes. My foot was on the gas and I had zero control. I've had problems with my aed sensor before but never losing control of my brakes
