The contact owned a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. The contact stated that while parking the vehicle in a parking space, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle accelerated unintendedly. The brake pedal was depressed with excessive force several times, but the vehicle failed to respond and crashed into the wall of a business.

Since 2017 car has had issues with toward collision warning and cvt and inaccurate odometer information. There could be no car anround and randomly warning comes out throughout the whole drive and times randomly un safety brakes. CVT transmission constantly hesitates on highway and main roads and has gotten worst over time.
