2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport VIN: Repair Order/Invoice No.: XXX NHTSA Recall No.: 26V248 Land Rover Recall No.: D126/H575 I received a Land Rover safety-recall notification in June 2026 concerning the DC/DC converter on my vehicle. The recall is identified by NHTSA as 26V248 and by Land Rover as D126/H575.
The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) short-circuited internally while the vehicle was parked, draining the battery and leaving the vehicle completely immobilized. It would not start and had to be towed to an authorized Land Rover dealer.
"My 2020 Range Rover Velar (VIN: , 68,424 miles) has an electronic rotary gear selector showing signs of failure consistent with a widely reported defect in this vehicle line.

Sunroof channel rear drain tubes corroded/failed, causing water ingress into cabin, filling floor with approximately 2 inches of standing water. - technician found imc and audio amplifier to have damage due to water infiltration. No communication with audio amplifier, satellite digital audio services module within imc is not responding.
