Counts are owner reports to NHTSA, not verified defects, and scale with how many of these were sold; nothing here is a rate. NHTSA groups complaints coarsely, so “Electrical System” means the same area of the vehicle, not one fault.

Radio / entertainment center does not power on with automobile - intermittently. After 2-3 minutes of driving the unit powers on. While it is off, all physical controls in the center console (volume, temperature adjustment, etc.) are non-responsive
I purchased a 2018 Renegade about 3 weeks ago. Within a week of that problo began with remote starter that had been added prior to purchase that would unlock all the doors whenever vehicle was started using remote starter. I was extremely frustrated as that vehicle had issues from day one and dealer couldn't fix them.
This occurred after an accident, damaging the front bumper and grill of the vehicle. The day after the accident, vehicle stalls once while driving. The following day, vehicle drives as if putting in gas while in park, but is still able to drive along with stopping and going while accelerating.
