Blower fan stopped working in middle of heat wave. Vehicle is only 4 years old and system not functioning with heat or cold settings

The vin does not show a safety recall however the exact year, make, and model shows the same problem I am experiencing. my 2020 ford fusion hybrid is in service again. been getting service with same issues since 2022 to current.
