The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while reversing into a parking space at approximately 2 MPH, the service transmission warning light illuminated, and the transmission shift knob was flashing. The contact stated that the vehicle had ceased to move.
The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle, several unknown warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, the rotatory gear shift dial was unmovable, and the vehicle failed to turn off while depressing the Push to Start button.

While driving, the vehicle shut off. Steering and brakes were still working, so I was able to coast off the highway. The check engine light, a battery fault indicator, and a service charging system warning all displayed on the dash.
Vehicle lost all power while traveling on interstate. Vehicle is a hybrid plug-in and was fully charged at time of power loss. Appears to have taken place when vehicle attempted to transfer from combustion engine to battery power.
