The new Tundra most of the features are controlled by the 14-inch Infotainment screen. The screen has gone completely dark and irresponsive to touch, power on/off, and hard reset by the dealership. Given that so many of the truck's safety features are controlled in this system, the vehicle is unsafe to operate.

Electronic control module failed due to the cup holder failing. It is available for inspection. Safety was put at risk because the vehicle randomly slammed itself on the brakes, when in drive the vehicle was moving backwards then abruptly braking and moving forward. The problem was confirmed by the dealer.
