TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: HORN ASSEMBLY INSPECTION/REPLACEMENT (WTY041) - This bulletin has been revised to include additional information. This bulletin provides information associated with the ‘Warranty Extension Program’ (WTY041) to inspect and, if necessary, replace the horn assembly on certain 2020-2025MY Soul (SK3) vehicles produced from November 15, 2018 through August 13, 2024, The affected vehicles may experience a distorted or an inoperative horn sound caused by to corrosion and dust inside the horn assembly. The warranty coverage for repairs related to the horn assembly have been extended from 5 years / 60,000 miles to 10 years / 120,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the date the vehicle was first put into service.

My 2020 Kia Soul, I only have it for 2 weeks and the fog lights got wet and foggy, I took the car the dealer and spoke to service, and order new parts, to install in the car, it really concerns me that a brand new car get these fog lights wet, which can cause a safety issue, since the light will not work properly with this lights foggy…

Since I purchased the car the steering wheel will jerk, when im on a 2 lane road. It always jerks towards on-coming traffic, and it only does this when there is a car coming in the opposite lane and is just about to pass me. I have to fight with the steering wheel to get it back to go straight.
