Maps not loading on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) display. ● Cannot change satellite stations, display shows one station on screen but is playing another. ● Battery drain. ● A Black screen after clicking accept at start up (Rearview camera functions normally). ● Radio resets (Rearview camera functions normally). ● Wireless connectivity disconnecting. ● CarPlay® icon does not appear in device manager. ● Audio disruptions. ● SXMT inoperative. ● Audio mute. ● Passenger screen blank. ● Passenger screen apps missing. ● Missing profiles icon. ● IPC displays incorrect audio source. ● Radio is slow to respond. ● Trailer tire pressure configurations deleted. ● Steering wheel controls skipping SXMT channels. ● Recent calls not displayed. ● Phone audio playing when ignition is off. The chassis battery keeps dying after a few days. There was a recall for awning to correct issue because it would open on its own. We did recall now there is another one for seatbelt. But no one is addressing the battery that keeps draining. We replaced battery already once. Dodge said it will go dead after a week no matter what.

The contact owns a 2023 Ram 3500. The contact stated that while driving or while the vehicle was parked, the air bag warning light was intermittently illuminated. Additionally, the check engine warning light was illuminated, and the seat belt warning light was intermittently illuminated while the seat belt was securely buckled.
