Car has under 7000 miles. Engine struggles with power in lower gears. There is also a jump when shifting from reverse to forward. The jump feel like a transmission gear transfer issue. Today as an example, when departing from a traffic light, I had to fully compress the gas pedal to get the engine to respond.

Truck is getting gas fumes into the cabin intermittently. Smell comes through the a/c-heater vents. Does not happen when outside air circulation is shut off. Making owner get headaches and feel ill. Has been to the dealer twice for this, of which they have not established the issue.

The contact owns a 2017 Honda Pilot. While attempting to fill up the fuel tank, the contact noticed that ICE was lodged in between the first and second fuel nozzles. The contact had to chip away the ICE to fill up the tank.
