Two things the counts carry that are not the car: how many of each year were sold, and how long each has been on the road — an older year out-counts a newer one before anything is wrong with it. The share column is the honest comparison across years: what part of that year’s complaints named the seats. Nothing here is a rate.

I notice the driver seat had a clip that popped off unto my carpet, when inspected it came off the seat rail. While moving my seat back using the electronic seat lever a white clip with two metal bearings was sticking out, I notice the ball bearings were not in place and had came off the white clip. Yes, it is available for inspection.
When a lever is pulled, the second row seat can move freely back and forth on a track until the back of the seat is returned to the upright position. I was driving at highway speeds and had to brake suddenly. The seat was at the back of the track with the lever pulled, and it slammed into the back of the driver seat, hurting my back.
The electronic driver's seat motor and track assembly failed completely on my 2021 Toyota Sienna (VIN: ) at less than 18,000 miles. The seat is permanently seized in a fixed position.
