Filed with NHTSA by the people who own these cars, about the wipers, glass and mirrors. Quoted as written, with anything identifying removed; unverified reports — what was said, not a finding that it was true.

While driving in mild rain the wipers when set on low or high speed will slow down and stop then start up after a short period of time. Visibility was severely limited, want the low and high speed to be manual control, no automation. This is not safe!
Visibility/Wiper Jan 31, 2023 NHTSA owner report
When I have the wipers set on normal speed, they will swipe about 25 times then slow to intermittent. I then have to switch to high speed setting and back to normal to get them to stay on at steady normal speed. Repeating this over and over. This is happening during a rain. The wipers are needed and the windshield is not dry.
Visibility/Wiper Jan 27, 2023 NHTSA owner report
While the windshield wipers are in the low setting, after about 50 seconds they automatically change to a slow intermittent setting. After they are changed on the switch to either high or intermittent and back to slow, they work for another 50 seconds and do automatically change to a slow intermittent again.
Visibility/Wiper Jan 27, 2023 NHTSA owner report
I was driving home today in the rain and noticed that regardless of the mode I had my wipers on, they slow down and go into a slow intermittent mode all on their own. After about 35 seconds the wipers start to slow down then after 50 seconds they stop causing a serious safety concern.
Visibility/Wiper Jan 25, 2023 NHTSA owner report
Wipers will not stay on in “low” mode. They seem to revert back to a very slow/intermittent mode. Very dangerous in heavy rain or snow

Are visibility and wiper problems common on the 2023 Ford Bronco?

They are documented: NHTSA holds 96 owner complaints naming the wipers, glass and mirrors on this model year (42% of everything owners filed about it), and 1 recall is filed under the same heading. Whether it is a problem on one particular car is a diagnosis, not a count, and a count says nothing about how many were sold.

Is there a recall for the wipers, glass and mirrors on the 2023 Ford Bronco?

Yes — one campaign is filed under this heading: 24V142000. A recall is matched by VIN; check yours at nhtsa.gov/recalls.

When do visibility and wiper problems show up on the 2023 Ford Bronco?

Too few of the complaints carry an odometer reading to say. The model year's page shows the mileage curve across every system where it can.

What does NHTSA's "Visibility/Wiper" heading cover?

Windshields, wipers, washers, mirrors and defrosters. Owners choose the heading when they file, so it says which area of the vehicle the complaint is about, not which part failed.
