This may be due to the customer using a guest profile or inadvertently switching to a guest profile. Memory seat, audio presets, or last audio settings will not be retained when using a guest profile. Customers must set up a personnel profile and link the key fob and seat memory to a profile for these features/settings to remain in memory. Refer to the Personal Profiles section of the Owner Manual for further information. Customers may also be referred to the Lincoln YouTube Channel or Lincoln owners website for additional videos and information on how to use the features on their vehicle including how to set up a personal profile.
