TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: ANTI-THEFT S/W LOGIC UPGRADE & DECAL INSTALLATION (CS2308) - This bulletin provides the procedure to upgrade the software logic of the Integrated Body Control Unit (IBU) or Body Control Module (BCM) system on certain 2011-2014MY Sedona (VQ) vehicles produced from March 3, 2010 through April 4, 2014 and certain 2015-2021MY Sedona (YP) vehicles produced from July 29, 2014 through July 8, 2020, which may not be equipped with an immobilizer. This logic upgrade will add anti-theft ignition start logic to the vehicle's system operation. Follow the procedure outlined in this publication to apply the improved logic to the "IBU-BCM" system using the KDS ECU Upgrade function as described in this bulletin. For confirmation that the latest reflash has been applied to a vehicle you are working on, verify the ROM ID using the table on page 3 of this bulletin.

I have replaced the headlamp bulbs every 3 months or less, purchasing the brightest bulb, using the recommended gel,. Also have purchased the less expensive ones.. Nothing seems to break this cycle. It is getting quite expensive .. Over $50 for 2 bulbs. Is this normal? The driver's side blows out quicker than the passenger side.

Our 2018 Kia Sedona SXL caught on fire in the engine compartment while driving. IT almost killed my wife (driver) and my 4 year old son. Car had been driven only 2 blocks after picking up my son from daycare. The car started to produce black smoke incessantly from the engine compartment that made visibility almost impossible.
