Please discard previous versions of this bulletin. IF YOU CONFIRM The AV control unit needs to be replaced. ACTION 1. Read and save the VIN. 2. Read and save the configuration. 3. Replace the AV control unit. 4. Reprogram the AV control unit. 5. Configure the AV control unit. 6. Write the VIN to the AV control unit. Vehicle screens repeatedly rebooting over a 2 month period. Auto high beams stopped working. Chassis control error on dash occurred. Smoke smell in cabin occurred after dealer returned the vehicle from a repair attempt. Vehicle had to be towed back up . Dealer reporting they can not recreate errors and want to return it.

Around 530pm At the corner of Briarcliff Rd NE Atlanta Ga and N Druid Hills Rd NE Atlanta GA As I was about to accelerate after the Red Light turned green, my car experienced a significant loss of power. Several warning lights came on, the engine light came on and a warning that said System Default came on.

Jan 25,2021 Highway 35 San Antonio Texas Display board lights turned off for a few seconds it made a click sound and the car turned off and turned back on for a few seconds, stalling the car. The automatic break was activated and deactivated at the same time. Trying to stop the car.
