The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle made abnormally loud knocking sounds. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed with metal shavings in the engine oil and filter.
Conducting the Bronco's 1st oil change at 5,003 miles at my home and the oil pan has missing or damaged pins/tabs that guide the oil plug out of and into the oil pan. When I turned the hand plug counter clockwise it did not ride out on the pans internal pins/tabs, it stayed fully seated and rotated fully to the stops.
In remote area in a canyon the engine quit suddenly due to fuel starvation caused by faulty fuel pump. The engine quit on the edge of the cliff and would not start again. Check Engine light was illuminated. After being towed to the nearest dealership. I was advised that my Bronco needs a new Fuel Pump.
This engine has the wrong oil dipstick does does not show he right amount of oil, this could risk engine damage by not installing enough oil at oil change
