7500 oil change, tire rotation multi vehicle inspection appt. With issues. - didn't do oil change/inspection. Because of major issue with transmission/engine. Vehicle running rough, happens at idle or while driving. Sounds lik it will stall. When u put vehicle in gear drive or reverse vehicle lunges towards direction its in gear.
bran new got it 0 miles. vehicle began stalling and then began jerking now vehicle only has 4000 miles. Dealer said it a transmission problem. the vehicle stated jerking while I was on hwy going about 65-70 miles. No warning lights came on
While driving on a road trip the vehicle created a loud bang from the engine, then ran smoothly for another 20 minutes. The vehicle was then parked for about 3 hours. When the vehicle was started again the engine ran rough and banging sound was constant.
The car has been running in remote start mode.mode. The problem with this car is that even when I shut off the vehicle, the engine keeps running. Onstar was able to come in overnight to retrieve the truck and deliver it to the dealer.
While on vacation, Engine light came on , returned home due to excessive DEF usage, poor fuel mileage and heavy deisel smell in cab. Brought vehicle in to Gerry Lane on 11/8/22. *Was told 7-10 days to get parts an not to drive, May Catch On Fire due to an open exhaust. (Concerned because we drove home over 1,200 miles).
