What owners reported
Source: NHTSA complaint databaseOwners of the 1 model year this bulletin names have filed 178 complaints with NHTSA since 2015. 56 of them name Electrical System — the same broad component group this bulletin is filed under. NHTSA groups complaints coarsely, so that means the same area of the vehicle, not necessarily the same fault.
Received a “critical error” message on the screen and was advised to pull over. After doing so and putting the vehicle in “park” I was unable to take the vehicle out of park or move it at all. This would have been very dangerous if it occurred in an unsafe neighborhood or busy highway.
