If axle grinding noise is present before starting this bulletin, replace the hub, halfshaft, and halfshaft bolt on the impacted corner. Replace the remaining halfshaft bolts on the unaffected halfshaft locations. Then, run a Double Pedal Torque Test to confirm the hub and halfshaft facespline teeth are properly seated. If no axle grinding noise is present before starting this bulletin, replace all 4 halfshaft bolts and run a Double Pedal Torque Test to confirm the hub and halfshaft facespline teeth are properly seated.
