Maserati service campaign RAPID UPDATE 767

Maserati filed this with NHTSA as a service campaign dated Apr 29, 2025, received Apr 24, 2025, about the unknown or other — 2 documents under this number: MAS004699_A RU 25-11, MAS004699 RU 25-09. It names 3 model years (2023–2025). A service campaign is not a safety recall — there is no NHTSA campaign number and no federal requirement — but it is usually work the manufacturer pays for on the vehicles it names; the dealer checks the VIN against the manufacturer’s list.

What the bulletin says

Grecale – VDCM Software Update. Certain Maserati Grecale ICE, MHEV and BEV(M182) MY23 MY24 MY25 listed in MODISCS+ are involved in a Rapid Update to update the VDCM (Vehicle Dynamics Control Module) software. This new software modifies the behavior of the air compressor, preventing the DTC 55A100 (unable to obtain desired ride height) set in VDCM and avoiding unwanted lowering of the vehicle.

The summary is NHTSA’s abstract of the document, as filed under 49 CFR 579.5. One communication is usually filed as several documents — the bulletin, a dealer notice, an owner letter — and the number on any of them finds this page. A PDF link is shown only once NHTSA’s own server has been seen to serve that document; the rest are checked over the following nights. Quote the number at a service desk; it is what the dealer’s system is keyed on.
