Maserati service campaign RAPID UPDATE 766

Maserati filed this with NHTSA as a service campaign dated Jul 15, 2025, received Nov 30, 2024, about the unknown or other — 2 documents under this number: MAS004466_A RU 25-19, MAS004466 RU 24-41. It names 4 model years (2022–2025). A service campaign is not a safety recall — there is no NHTSA campaign number and no federal requirement — but it is usually work the manufacturer pays for on the vehicles it names; the dealer checks the VIN against the manufacturer’s list.

What the bulletin says

Source: NHTSA's summary of the manufacturer's communication

Certain Maserati Grecale ICE and BEV (M182) MY23, MY24, and MY25 listed in MODISCS+ are involved in a Rapid Update to update the software on multiple ECU modules. Over the past year, we have dedicated significant efforts to enhancing the functionality of our cars, according to reports and suggestions from our customers. We have observed that sometimes, certain important actions are not carried out, despite all campaigns being mandatory. We understand that this modernization effort requires considerable dedication, but it is essential for us to prioritize customer satisfaction. We recognize that amidst daily tasks, it can be challenging to keep track of various circular letters. Therefore, we have consolidated some of them, ensuring that you have all the instructions in a single bulletin

The summary is NHTSA’s abstract of the document, as filed under 49 CFR 579.5. One communication is usually filed as several documents — the bulletin, a dealer notice, an owner letter — and the number on any of them finds this page. A PDF link is shown only once NHTSA’s own server has been seen to serve that document; the rest are checked over the following nights. Quote the number at a service desk; it is what the dealer’s system is keyed on.
