Initial analysis indicates that these sporadic issues are occurring on vehicles where the final target software has not yet been installed. Please note that some VINs included in CLR 740 require two separate FOTA updates to complete the campaign, as detailed in the VIN list provided in bulletin MAS004603. The second update can only begin after the first update is successfully completed. Additionally, several hours may pass before the second step is automatically triggered. This delay is dependent on vehicle usage and the availability of network coverage.
